Rising Light: Help for the Homeless hosts and sponsors community events that deliver much needed food, clothing, shelter and other aid to the homeless or those on the verge of homelessness.

 

Since the financial crisis of 2008, economic shifts have resulted in reductions in giving, cuts in funding for community services, and increases in costs which negatively impact our neighbors in need.

 

At Sisters United in Christ (SUIC), we view a crisis as an opportunity. We are working to bring communities together to use their collective strength to help the most vulnerable among them.
